Appointment Cancellation & Salon Policy
At LYV Salon, we value both your time and the time intentionally reserved for each guest experience. To ensure availability for all clients and to support our team, we kindly ask that the following policies are respected.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
This policy allows us the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waitlist and protects the reserved time of our service providers.

No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows may also require a card on file and/or prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining appointment time. In some cases, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the appointments of other guests.

Service & Retail Policy
Due to the nature of salon services, all service sales are final.
Retail products may only be exchanged for salon credit within 7 days if unopened and unused.

Card on File
A valid card on file may be required to reserve appointments. Cards on file are securely stored through our booking platform and will only be charged in accordance with the policies above.
